I hadn’t listened to this album in years, and boy was I surprised. I’d either ignored, forgotten, or not understood, just how depressed Less Than Jake were when they wrote this. Songs like “The Rest of My Life”:

Let me apologise while I’m still alive.

Or the entirety of “Fall Apart”.

I enjoyed it though. Less Than Jake always have great music, and this is an album I’d listened to a lot when it came out. It brought back good memories.
